The Keywords library allows you to create semi-structured data that users can choose to apply to Facilities, Surveys, and Documents.

Select the kind of record to which the Keyword applies: Facilities, Surveys, or Documents.

Enter the keyword which the user will choose. For example, Survey keywords might include Official and Internal to distinguish between government surveys and your own compliance reviews.
