Add Survey Task

Once you select +Add Survey Task on the Survey details page, Lextree displays the Add Survey Task form.

Optional

Select a Task Library item to copy a previously created task.

Task TypeThere are 3 types of tasks: Comment on Survey, Upload a Document, and Other.

DeficiencyOptional

Select a Deficiency from the Survey. This will link the task to the Deficiency.

Summary: Enter a short description, like Add internal report.

Task Description: Add more information about the task.

Due Date: Enter the date the task is due.

Assigned To: Select the User who must complete the task.

Select the Save and Continue button. This will bring you back to the Survey details.
