Assign tasks

Lextree allows users to assign tasks to colleagues. Tasks are more than a simple To Do item. Each task allows users to upload documents, comment on issues related to the task, and to complete the task.

Set automatic alerts

Automatic alerts notify you of impending due dates related to legal entities, documents, and requirements. They are sent to your email. They also show on your dashboard. Alerts can be recurring on any frequency. Custom messages are also included. Alerts are available at every subscription level: Professional, Business, and Enterprise.

Collaborate

The task feature in Lextree allows users to assign tasks to groups of colleagues and even require all of them to complete the task. For example, if there is an amendment to a shareholder agreement which needs review, the drafter can assign a task to other users to review the agreement.
