On the Facilities page, you can access specific Facilities. Access to Facilities is controlled in Admin > Organization and Facilities.

Welcome to Lextree for Healthcare Compliance, where you can manage nursing home inspection surveys, deficiencies, and plans of correction. We will go through the steps to add your first survey.

The Group Tasks page displays all the tasks for the logged in user’s groups. It is available to users with the Manager role.

Clients on the Business or Enterprise subscriptions can assign tasks to other users. Navigate to the Tasks tab for an entity record.

Lextree allows you to save reports about your legal entities, officers and directors, and compliance obligations.

Learn how to access your saved entity management, officer and director, or compliance reports within Lextree. Your saved reports are close at hand. Saved reports are personal to your account. They are not shared. Any changes you make will not affect any other users.

You can generate a compliance filing report for all jurisdictions in which a legal entity does business.

Lextree reports use a set of features and pre-defined data to generate flexible reports easily.

Lextree allows users to add notes to each contract record. Lextree automatically adds a date time stamp to the note.

Lextree helps you keep track of officers and directors. Simply navigate to the People tab for an entity. Why isn’t this tab called Officers and Directors? The reason is that Lextree lets you track other people such as accountants, auditors, lawyers, and consultants.

Tracking equity owners in Lextree is both flexible and simple. You only need to add direct parents and direct subsidiaries on the Ownership tab of an entity. Lextree will automatically find additional relationships to build out the org chart.

Lextree provides an Ownership Count Report. The report shows the number of parents and subsidiaries for each legal entity.

People & Organizations enable users to track directors, officers, registered agents, and other contacts related to each entity.

The Plan of Correction Library allows you to develop POC templates that users can select when they draft a Plan of Correction for a Deficiency. POCs in the library are tied to specific F-Tags. Select Add Plan of Correction to Library to create a new POC template.

Lextree supports recurring contract requirements. The recurring requirements feature allows you to have an obligation or event repeat within the span of a contract term.

Recurring tasks in Lextree help you stay on top of compliance obligations for any jurisdiction.

There are many reports available in Lextree under the Reports menu. Each report type comes with several options.

The Reports menu provides access to all the reports in Lextree. All reports come with standard features, yet each is optimized to provide a certain kind of data.

Users may view, export or print reports by selecting one of the options from the Reports menu. There are various report options in each of the report categories shown in the Reports menu - these options can be accessed by clicking the tab buttons on each of the report category pages.

The Contract Requirements tab is a powerful, advanced feature of Lextree. A Requirement is any obligation of either party to the contract that you want to track. Simply select the Requirements tab to see a list of the requirements for a contract.
