Learn how to access your saved entity management, officer and director, or compliance reports within Lextree. Your saved reports are close at hand. Saved reports are personal to your account. They are not shared. Any changes you make will not affect any other users.

You can generate a compliance filing report for all jurisdictions in which a legal entity does business.

Lextree helps you keep track of officers and directors. Simply navigate to the People tab for an entity. Why isn’t this tab called Officers and Directors? The reason is that Lextree lets you track other people such as accountants, auditors, lawyers, and consultants.

Tracking equity owners in Lextree is both flexible and simple. You only need to add direct parents and direct subsidiaries on the Ownership tab of an entity. Lextree will automatically find additional relationships to build out the org chart.

Lextree provides an Ownership Count Report. The report shows the number of parents and subsidiaries for each legal entity.

People & Organizations enable users to track directors, officers, registered agents, and other contacts related to each entity.

Lextree streamlines operations for real estate firms, adeptly managing both legal entity and contractual obligations for optimum property value realization.

Users may create non-user recipient records when setting up email alerts for entities and related records.

Recurring tasks in Lextree help you stay on top of compliance obligations for any jurisdiction.

The Reports menu provides access to all the reports in Lextree. All reports come with standard features, yet each is optimized to provide a certain kind of data.

Users may view, export or print reports by selecting one of the options from the Reports menu. There are various report options in each of the report categories shown in the Reports menu - these options can be accessed by clicking the tab buttons on each of the report category pages.

Requirements enable users to track obligations related to each entity such as annual reports. Editor users may view and update requirement records.

Users can reset their own passwords on the login screen by clicking the forgot? link next to the password field. In addition, Admin users can reset user passwords at Settings > Users & Groups on the Users tab.

Many organizations want to compartmentalize access to entities. There are three ways to restrict access to entities or to otherwise limit features to certain users: groups, roles, and document access.

Tasks are more than a checklist of to-do items. Everyone involved in a task may collaboration by adding comments and documents.

Tasks may be assigned to Editor or Reader users. Users will receive an email notification when a task is assigned.

Deleted entity and related records are moved to the Trash for 90 days before permanent removal (unless they are manually removed before then). Admin users can restore or permanently delete these records.

You can review and update your account settings by clicking on the My Account link (just below the menu bar on the right-hand side of your screen).
